Product overview was implemented on our web site to provide the most detailed information about the product the buyer, so that the purchase procedure is clear, secure, and convenient.

The entire map may be divided into 4 sections – general section, product description, status and purchase, and compatibility section. In order for you to use the information displayed as effectively as it is possible, and to understand how the solutions used on our website help facilitate the purchase process, we tried our best to explain every definition in the article below.

General section

"General section" of the web site, placed on grey background, provides general information and it is present on any page of the website.

1. Country selection
   As our company does not have a network of offices worldwide, correct country selection is very important for proper operation of the shop and product price display. Due to different level of administrative and logistic expenses, the product and shipping prices may vary, therefore, we kindly ask you to choose your country correctly.
2. Language of the web site
   Currently, our website can be browsed in English, German and Russian languages. All information displayed in these languages is identical. However, to avoid any inconveniences, we kindly ask you to select the language you are used to in general.
3. "Help" section
   In the help section, you can find answers to frequently asked questions. If the topic you are interested in is not described in this section, please contact our managers - they will gladly answer all your questions and provide necessary assistance.
4. User account
   User account login section. The important information about orders can be accessed after logging into your account.

Product description

"Product description section" is there to provide detailed information about the most important features of the part you are interested in. Types of information are explained below.

5. Product name
   Product name is displayed according to technical documentation adopted and used in automotive industry, and in accordance with the title, that ordinary buyers got used to. We recommend to use the specific product name in the search engine of the website in order to acquire the most accurate list of products.
6. Product article number
   Product article number is a unique identification number assigned to each specific model of the part by the manufacturer. Knowing this number simplifies the search of the needed product through the search engine, as well as replacement parts from other manufacturers, or analogs.
7. Product manufacturer and/or supplier
   Trade mark, under which the particular part is manufactured. Our store guarantees absolute compliance of parts offered with trade mark indicated in their description. We constantly control the origin of all products delivered to our stock, so that our buyers are confident in their purchase and its' quality.
8. Technical information
   This section contains detailed information about the product that is available to us - technical parameters, additional accessories and important notes about the parts in our offer. The section is designed to allow thorough inspection of the part, to check its' compliance with functions you need.

Status and purchase

"Status and purchase" section is designed to make the purchase process more transparent and facilitate the purchase process by showing the order processing time, amount of goods available, product price and status of the product.

9. Product price
   Current up-to-date price of the product. The price may include, or exclude value added tax, depending on location (within the European Union, or beyond its borders) and buyer’s status (Private order or Legal entity order).
10. Amount of the product available
    The current availability status and quantity of the products. If the part is available in our warehouse, the processing and dispatch time of the order will be shorter. Despite the fact that our stock is constantly renewed, receiving a part that is currently unavailable in our warehouse, may take some time. The number displayed in the green field indicates availability of the item and its' quantity.
11. Quantity selection menu
    Upon necessity, you can order several parts. Number of parts ordered may not exceed quantity indicated in field of goods available. If the item is a Special Order, quantity can be adjusted.
12. Product status
    

    The field displays current information on product processing – availability and/or processing time.

    • Ready for dispatch:
      The item is ready for dispatch within 24 hours after cleared payment. The item is available in the quantity listed.
    • Processing time: approximately 10 business days
      The status indicates that the goods are available in the warehouse of one of our suppliers, but order processing may take some time. Usually the time is not extensive, but in case of unexpected delays, it may take up to 10 business days time. Since the delivery dates solely depend on the manufacturer whose part you purchased, it is not possible for us to control the handling time. In cases when the parts are needed urgently we recommend to choose a different manufacturer of the part, with shorter handling time.
    • Special order. Processing time: 7-10 days
      This status indicates that currently we do not have precise product availability information on our suppliers warehouse, but there is big possibility that these goods are available. When an order is processed, we will precise the availability direectly with the supplier and will inform you accordingly. Once the availability information is received, the order will be processed by our warehouse within the handling time listed on the product page.

    Attention!
    When buying several products with different processing time, the total time of processing will depend on maximal one indicated. If you wish to receive your orders faster – we would recommend to divide it into several smaller orders . In this case, parts with the status "Ready for dispatch" will be sent immediately, and remaining goods will be dispatched later, according to the processing times in their description.

13. Product questions
    In case of questions about products offered, processing time or any technical questions, you can contact our managers through this specific form and they will gladly assist you with your questions and inquiries.

Compatibility section

Information included in this section will not only allow you to check the fitment of the part with your vehicle, but also find possible alternatives from different manufacturers.

14. List of alternative parts from other manufacturers
    Majority of the parts were manufactured at the same time, but rather by different manufacturers, with their own manufacturing standards. If the specific part made by a certain manufacturer is unavailable at the moment of purchase, or you want to buy a part of higher quality, you can find an alternative using this list. To find the specific part, use the search engine of the website.
15. List of compatible cars
    To be completely sure that the purchased part is fit and made for your car, and fully complies with technical characteristics, you can check the compatibility of the part in the car compatibility list. The fitment of the part can not only be compared by mark and model of the car, but also by production year and engine number of the vehicle.
16. Alternative parts or analogs
    Many parts bear similar specifications, to each other and are fit for installation into the same type of cars. This section of our website allows you to find more alternative products with improved quality and durability, which will make your travels by car more comfortable.
